Holiday Dinner Party

Each Christmas time, my family hosts two of the most special people in our lives for dinner.  It is one of the best meals of the year – our favorite foods, favorite people and favorite time of the year, make for the most magical evening.

Tom Collins Group Shot

Here were some of the highlights:

Caviar with Diced Chives, Hard Boiled Egg, Red Onion and Cream Frachie

Curried Shrimp with Apricot Chutney

Ta Ta’s Famous Butternut Squash Soup

Kale Salad with Pomegranate Seeds

Petrale Sole with a Brown Butter Sauce and Capers with Celery Root Puree

Meyer Lemon Squares (up on the blog Wednesday!)

I love butternut squash soup! I’ll have to try the recipe. Everything looks really pretty.

I'd love your thoughts!
